• How do I get involved in Athletic Boosters?

  Each men's and women's sports team supplies a Boosters liaison who attends the monthly meetings and provides a connection to teach team.

• How often does MVAB meet?

  MVAB meets once a month, on Monday evenings, in the Student Center.

• How can I support Monte Vista Athletics?

  Our main source of support is through advertising sponsorships (banners and scoreboard ads), events (like the Crab Feed and Oktoberfest), spirit wear sales, and snack shack sales. These are detailed on the web site.

• How do funds get allocated to the teams?

  Sponsorship funds are allocated to the teams, based on the sponsors wishes or team affiliations. Teams then request funds to support specific projects, which are voted on by the membership. MVAB typically supports 50% of a given project. Funds are then disbursed to the teams, in coordination with school administration.

• How do I purchase a banner?

  For just $500, you can sponsor a banner that stays up all year. Banners can be located at the stadium or pool area. We handle all the details. All you need to provide is a high-res (.eps or .ai) logo, and what you want the banner to say or show. Banners can be purchased mid-year too, and will run until the same point in time, the following year. (Banners are removed during the summer for safekeeping.)
